Guest: Ernesto Leal - founder and head of London's Red Gallery. He comes to Warsaw at the joint invitation of the British Council Poland and Audioriver. He specializes in club culture - he implemented the slogan "Introduce culture to clubs and clubs into culture". How to create a cultural squat - a case study of London's Red Gallery In 2010, the Red team took over a nearly 3,000 Sm building that was nearly empty and soon became one of London's most exciting cultural hubs. Red Gallery carries out a varied program of exhibitions, installations, concerts, club and film events. The gallery has successfully introduced a business model based on artistic activities, combined with close cooperation with the local community and business partners. Constant consultation and ongoing responses to community needs are at the heart of Red Gallery. Thanks to this, it was possible to create a multifunctional place that is an example of a new approach and perception of exhibition space. The meeting will be translated into Polish.
