Arthrob Records

In 1995, arthrob further expanded, by gaining support from Warner Brothers, setting up arthrob records and with support from Perfect Songs (ZZT) we were able to set up a music publishing company.  Releases included the first compilation celebrating 10 years of acid house “Disco Biscuits” (1997),  Sound Museum (1997), album by Japanese Dj Producer Towa Tei which featured Kiley Minogue & Bebel Gilberto, Fini Dolo – Rise (1988)  an album with New York based Slam Poets Sonia Sohn and Saul Williams – “Weather” (1998) album, with the New York composer Michael Gordon, perhaps best known as one of the founders and artistic directors of the Bang on a Can Festival, and finally Arthrob successfully compiled a 10-track remix album of the classical composer Steve Reich’s back catalogue into club based remixes (1999) “Reich Remixed”.
